    • Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier's system to update after you receive the initial tracking email. If your tracking still shows no movement after 4 business days, please contact our customer service team.
  • What if my product arrives damaged or if I received the wrong item?
    • If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if we made an error and sent the wrong product, please contact us at support@masterscent.ng within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item/incorrect item so we can quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund along with a free coupon for discount on your next purchase

We often do not over-filter our oils to preserve the integrity and richness of the scent. Simply give the bottle a gentle shake, and this will not affect the product's quality or performance.
  • How do I store my fragrance to ensure it lasts?
    • We recommend storing all Masterscent products in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat, which can break down the oils over time.
  • Are your fragrances all-natural, and do they contain parabens or phthalates?
    • We use a blend of high-quality natural absolutes, essential oils, and synthetic fragrance oils to achieve complex, long-lasting, and safe scents. We are proud to state that all our products are free of parabens and phthalates. Specific vegan products are noted on their individual pages.

  • Do your perfume oils need to "rest" after shipping?
    • Yes. We highly recommend letting your perfume oils rest for at least a few days to a week after receiving them. The temperature and movement fluctuations during shipping can temporarily disrupt the blend. Allowing them to settle in a cool, dark place will ensure you get the best and truest scent impression.
